In design, coming up with a new colour scheme for a website can take a long time and subconsciously match existing schemes seen elsewhere. Adobe are the market leaders in all things design, and are the first choice for most in creative design software. Whilst their Creative Suite is only accessible to those who own the software, they have some tools that are accessible to all designers online. A favourite of ours here is Adobe Kuler. This quick and easy online tool takes the time out of choosing colour palettes and automatically shows all complimentary colours and shades. It’s also great for inspiration if you are struggling to come up with a fresh colour idea for a brand or site. Have a go yourself, it’s quite fun! https://kuler.adobe.com Back to blog list About the Author boxchilli
