At boxChilli we are expanding! Our business which has been flourishing for the last 11 years is about to take a big step, starting with a second office. The new boxChilli office is located at Latimer House in Southampton, a contemporary workspace building in a location that is as desirable as the office itself.
Whilst the Waterlooville office will remain the central hub of boxChilli, our new office will be a great addition to the boxChilli brand; providing a new environment to enable more creativity and productivity, supporting the present and future growth of our business.
This office met all our criteria and more, making it an easy ‘yes’ for us. When searching we were keen to find a building that had excellent transport access, making it easy for clients to reach us and that would allow us to commute between Waterlooville and Southampton. Latimer House ticked all the boxes for transport with central road links and 5 minutes from the train station.
One of the many allures of Latimer House is that it resides within the city’s cultural quarter, making it a sought after area. With easy access to the vibrant and dynamic amenities available in Southampton; such as the The Mayflower and The Guildhall Square, it’s easy to see why we chose this property. Additionally Latimer House is within close proximity to an abundance of recreational activities, providing our clients (and ourselves) with an environment that is exciting to be a part of. For instance shops, restaurants and local parks are all in walking distance.
Latimer House’s well known neighbour, the White Building, is another factor that confirmed our choice. The White Building is a leader within the workplace environment industry, with its spaces and services having been nationally recognised. This year’s South Coast Property Awards announced the White Building as the winner of both workplace environment and development of the year categories. Latimer House works in co-operation with the White Building through shared social areas, and facilities such as meeting rooms, bike storage, and changing rooms fitted with showers.
