We’re Travelling West for B2BX Bristol

On Thursday 12 November 2026, boxChilli will be exhibiting at the B2BX Bristol Business Expo at BAWA Conference Centre from 10am to 2pm. You’ll find our team on Stand 40 throughout the day.

After Reading in September and Brighton in October, Bristol is the next stop for us as we continue to meet more business owners and marketing leaders across the South and South West.

These events are always useful because they give us the chance to hear directly what businesses are seeing, where they are finding things difficult and what is changing for them online.

After speaking with business owners and marketing leaders at Reading and Brighton, a lot of the same themes have kept coming up, particularly around visibility, where to focus and how quickly search is changing.

Businesses still want the same things they always have, which is to be found by the right people and turn that visibility into more enquiries, sales and revenue. The difference now is that there are more ways to achieve that, whether through Google, AI search, paid media or improving the website itself, and that is making it harder for some businesses to know where their attention should go first.

That uncertainty is something we have seen before too. Earlier in the year, when Toby, our Growth Manager, ran a live poll during my talk at the Portsmouth Business Expo, the most common response was that people were not sure what their marketing priority should be, which feels very similar to the conversations we have been having since.

That is one of the things we will be talking about in ‘Brizzle’, looking at how businesses can make sense of the options in front of them and decide where their time and budget are most likely to have an impact.

We will also be doing more than exhibiting this time, as I’ll be delivering a session called “How AI Is Changing the Way Customers Search, Discover & Buy.”

The way customers use the internet is changing quickly, and my session will look at what that means for the traditional customer journey, how AI is influencing the way people search, compare and make buying decisions, and why businesses need to start thinking differently about online visibility.

I will also cover what businesses can do now to make sure they continue to be found, understood and trusted as search becomes increasingly led by AI. My session takes place from 11:40am to 12:00pm in Seminar Zone 1.

If you’re attending B2BX Bristol on Thursday 12 November, come and say hello to myself and the team on Stand 40.

Whether you want to talk about websites, SEO, AI search, paid ads or your wider digital strategy, we’ll be there to chat through what you’re doing now, what is changing and where there may be opportunities to improve.

And if AI search is something you are trying to get your head around, make sure you catch my session at 11:40am too.
