Online Safety UK needed a digital reset, one that would align with their growing influence in the education and safeguarding sectors. They required a professional brand identity, including a new logo, colour palette and visual system, alongside a responsive, secure and scalable website to house their training information, resources and insights.

The website also had to support registered user access to gated content, while remaining easy for the internal team to update and manage. Most importantly, everything needed to feel approachable, trustworthy and easy to navigate – regardless of whether the user was a school staff member, parent or safeguarding lead.

Our project began with brand discovery – working closely with the Online Safety UK team to understand their tone, values and audience expectations. We then developed a visual identity that balances professionalism with approachability, including logo design, colour theory, iconography and typography, all delivered with clear brand guidelines.

With the brand in place, we moved on to designing and developing a custom WordPress website, powered by our in-house SDK. The site features flexible content blocks, a secure resource portal with account-based access, and streamlined UX to guide different user types to the right information, quickly. All content is easily editable through our custom CMS structure, allowing the client to keep the site updated without developer input. SEO and accessibility were baked into the build from day one, helping the site meet high standards of inclusivity and discoverability across all devices.

The result is a scalable, trust-led platform that reflects Online Safety UK’s mission – supporting schools and families with the tools they need to stay safe in a digital world.
