Digital Marketing Co-ordinator (Full Time)

Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire / Hybrid
Working hours: 4-day working week / 32 hours
Renumeration: £25,000 – £27,000

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and support the delivery of SEO campaigns for one of our largest clients. Working closely with one of the Digital Account Managers, you’ll help plan, execute and optimise campaigns while producing high-quality, engaging content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support one of the Digital Account Managers in implementing SEO strategies and managing campaign activity.
  • Research, write and optimise on-site and blog content aligned with client goals and SEO best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation and content performance analysis.
  • Assist with compiling monthly client reports, highlighting results and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintain regular, professional client communication and support day-to-day account administration.
  • Monitor and review campaign performance regularly, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with SEO and content marketing trends, tools and best practices.

 

About You

  • Experience and strong interest in SEO and content writing.
  • Analytical mindset with a commercial awareness of marketing performance.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new tools, technologies and marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Ads) and familiar with common SEO platforms.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Content & SEO Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in producing engaging, optimised content that supports SEO strategies and delivers measurable results for one of our largest clients.

Working closely with one of the Digital Account Managers, you’ll contribute to campaign planning and execution, craft high-quality written content across web and blog platforms and help analyse performance to drive continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and optimise on-site, blog and campaign content that aligns with SEO strategies and client goals.

  • Review and edit content to ensure quality, tone and consistency across channels.
  • Assist in monthly reporting, summarising content performance and campaign results.
  • Maintain regular client communication, supporting with updates and content approvals.
  • Keep up to date with SEO, content and digital marketing trends to inform strategy and ideas.
  • Analyse website and content performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.

 

About You

  • Strong content writing skills, with a willing to learn SEO-friendly content.
  • Motivation to expand knowledge and experience of SEO
  • Excellent written communication, grammar and attention to detail.
  • Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, keen to understand how content performance ties to wider marketing goals.
  • Familiar with Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Ads) and common SEO/content platforms – or a willingness to learn!
  • Enthusiastic about learning, improving and contributing ideas within a creative team.
