The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in PPC/Paid Media marketing, strong analytical expertise and a track record of managing successful campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid platforms.

Your Team
You will take ownership of PPC for our largest client, working within an established and skilled team who all service the same client across the services we provide, including SEO, web, creative, design, and Tech Support, reporting to the Senior Account Manager and SEO Manager. You’ll also mentor and support junior PPC team members.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Lead PPC strategies for our largest client across Google, Meta, Microsoft and other paid platforms.
- Manage campaign planning, optimisation and reporting to achieve defined KPIs and ROAS targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, creative testing and innovation in paid campaigns.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to the client and senior stakeholders.
- Providing monthly Reports both externally (clients) and internally (cross-department review)
- Contribute to overall paid media strategy development within the agency.
- Work collaboratively with the Design department and Tech Support team.
- Support training and development of PPC Executives or Coordinators where needed.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display; Video beneficial).
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Merchant Center and Looker Studio.
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns focused on ROAS and CPA.
- Working knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
- Advanced understanding of optimisation techniques, audience segmentation and creative testing.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode.
- Confident presenting data and performance reports both internally and to clients.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using platforms such as SERanking.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads and emerging advertising channels.
- Understanding of SEO and CRO best practices for cross-channel improvement.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior PPC team members.
